The Outdoor Research Helium UL Bivy brings waterproof protection and breathable comfort to a minimalist shelter weighing 511 g. Updated for 2026, it combines a Pertex® Shield NetPlus® upper, a waterproof PU-coated floor and fully seam-taped construction for ultralight backpacking, climbing trips and fastpacking.

After a long day on the trail, set up the single DAC aluminium pole, secure the stake loops and settle in through the clamshell opening. Dual passive ventilation flaps help airflow and reduce condensation, while the high-volume toe box gives your feet extra room through the night.
